Mobile Ultrasound Scans

First Scan: £40

£20 per each additional pet scanned on the same appointment.

Half price rescan available if scanned too early to confirm pregnancy, to be carried out within 7-10 days of the first scan.

  • E-mailed images and cine clips included with each scan.
  • Includes travel within a 10 mile radius of Bideford, Devon. Outside this area a charge of 40p/mile applies.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE OF NORMAL WORKING HOURS: £60

Mobile Microchipping

Single pet puppy/kitten: £15

Litter of puppies/kittens:

The first 4 puppies/kittens: £12 each

Subsequent puppies/kittens: £10 each.

  • Registration on the Smartrace Database with two free transfers included.
  • Includes travel within a 10 mile radius of Bideford, Devon.
  • Outside this area a charge of 40p/mile applies. Please contact me for a detailed quote.

How and when do I pay?

You can pay for the service in cash or via instant bank transfer.

Payment is to be made during the appointment only.

What happens if I need to rearrange my pet’s appointment?

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. I completely understand that sometimes life gets in the way of appointments, so I will try to be as flexible as possible, but you do need to let me know before your appointment time.

If you are not in at the agreed appointment time, an invoice for my time and fuel costs will be issued.

Will I be charged if it appears too soon to confirm pregnancy?

If no pregnancy is found, the full balance is still due for services rendered.

It is your responsibility to time how far into the pregnancy your pet is and book the scan accordingly, but I understand that sometimes it can be hard to remember exact dates and the pregnancy may have been unplanned.

If no pregnancy is found, but your pet continues to give you reason to believe they are pregnant, a half price rescan 7-10 days after the first scan will be offered. The extra length of time means that the pregnancy should then show up on an ultrasound scan.
